Can Jason come to a hospital or care facility?
Yes. Call first to discuss the signer's condition, ID, ability to communicate and any witness or facility-access requirements.
Can Jason explain which document I should use?
No. A notary is not an attorney and cannot select a document or give legal advice. Ask the document recipient or a licensed attorney.
Is online notarization accepted everywhere?
Florida authorizes remote online notarization, but the receiving court, lender, agency or other party may have its own document-format rules. Confirm acceptance before the session.
What if I am outside the three-county area?
Ask before booking. An online session may work for eligible documents, or Jason can confirm whether a longer mobile visit is available.
What does the final price include?
Jason confirms the statutory act fee, travel or online service fee, document package, page count, witnesses, location and urgency with you before the appointment, so there are no surprises.
